Work at a desk? In front of a computer for hours at a time?
 
If so, take breaks every hour and move around. The difference it can make is really amazing.
 
Desk chair and screen position are also essential. Neck positioned forward to see the screen? Hunching over? If so, there is a lot of pressure on the neck muscles and this can lead to exhaustion and headaches. To get technical for a minute, among other muscles, the deep cervical flexors, erector spinae and shoulder retractors are getting very weak.

Hopefully this will get the brain thinking about the impact proper positioning at a desk chair or computer can make.
