My Guru, Marilyn, gave lots of moral support and encouragement They are extremely knowledgeable in the areas of corrective exercise, nutrition, fitness, weight management, and exercises targeting each muscle group. They will adapt and tailor exercises and activities to the fitness levels and goals of each individual. Appropriate activity levels are determined by many factors taken into consideration to avoid physical harm of damage. . They are always positive, available and encouraging and I never felt badly that I am unable to do what others can. I feel so much better both physically and emotionally after only four weeks that I genuinely miss my work out. The Guru has done wonders for my personal fitness, energy level and morale. Training with Marilyn is fun and has literally changed my life for the better!
